My BS Electrical Engineering capstone project at PIEAS. A FreeRTOS-based ESP32 industrial control system for multi-stage batch mixing. Features a 5-state machine, sensor feedback loops with safety interlocks, setpoint control, and MQTT-based remote monitoring through a real-time Node-RED dashboard.
